We seek a person who will be responsible for taking care of all the catering understood negotiation process between the spaces available, making contact with the customer and the completion of the service.
It will design, to plan, organize and coordinate all tasks and logistics necessary for the provision of catering, It must have cooking skills and management, pledging to control the proper functioning of the service and ensure that it reaches the level of gastronomic quality and service marked by the company.
- It will develop and manage budgets detailing and specifying all budget items which involves service to the customer.
- It will define with the client needs to be met by service, considering determining factors such as venue, the number of attendees, the type of service, the required decoration, adapting its offer to culinary customer expectations, introducing changes to respond to additional services such as decoration, atmosphere and music.
- It will hire and organize transportation and logistics accurate. It will monitor and plan the provision of linen, materials and equipment needed. coordinate, will direct and instruct the team in charge of providing the service. direct and supervise the quality of food and beverage presentation and compliance with health and hygiene standards and are responsible for the collection and control once the catering service ended.
- You will have to keep up to date the documentation necessary for the performance of service (service contracts, and all precise forms according to the manuals, providing customers the documentation for signature, and later handing control for billing).
- It is responsible for the compliance of the budget set in the annual operating account catering department.
- Degree of Bachelor / a, Diploma / a, Graduate / a in Tourism, and qualifications related to Hospitality
- Driving license and own vehicle
- English domain essential high, both spoken and written (pudiendolo credited with degree or stays abroad), valuing the knowledge of more than one foreign language.
- Must have organizational capacity, ability to motivate and lead staff.
- Experience in dealing with the public, with an aptitude for verbal and written communication.
